Process of Registration of Eligible Entity
 The basic procedure for registration of the RE generation project shall cover following steps:
STEP 1: After accreditation, eligible entity (RE Generator, CGS, DISCOM, OA consumer) applies on the REC Web Application for registration.
STEP 2: The Central Agency verifies the application submitted by the eligible entity.
STEP 3: Post scrutiny of the details provided by the eligible entity, the Central Agency either grant registration or rejects the application.
STEP 4: Upon registration, the Central Agency provides the confirmation to the eligible entity and also intimates the concerned State Agency, SLDC / RLDC.
STEP 5: Registration is granted for 25 years.
