All dak regarding REC Mechanism shall be accepted by the Courier/by hand or through services of Indian Post. However, the delivery of dak through couriers/ by hand will be accepted on all working days during 10 AM to 12 noon & 3 PM to 5 PM and the same will be acknowledged through Grid-India date stamp & acknowledgement number. The person who is delivering the document shall call the Grid-India dispatch person through intercom facility (Intercom No. 2113) which is available at POWERGRID entry gate. The Grid-India dispatch person shall collect the documents from POWERGRID entry gate and provide acknowledgement No. for the same.
